Job description
Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our San Antonio area. Work in a home-based environment with paid mileage and guaranteed hours, making a meaningful difference for children with autism.
What You Will Do
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session
Collaborate with families and clinical team for consistent care
Participate in team meetings and professional development

Requirements
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
