We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to a client in the Vero Beach area during morning hours. This is a great opportunity for an RBT seeking meaningful work, a daytime schedule, and a team that values professional growth. Services are primarily provided in a school setting during morning hours, with occasional home-based sessions when school is closed or schedules change.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans
Support communication, social, adaptive, and behavior goals
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation on time
Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Follow company policies and ethical standards
Qualifications
Active RBT certification in good standing
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel to assigned client sessions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Commitment to quality care for children and families
