Overview
D & M Behavioral Solutions, a leader in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. This W-2 position offers competitive pay and the opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Work directly with clients to support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA.
Maintain a consistent schedule with clients, providing reliable support and intervention.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with family members and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client goals.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing.
Active Medicaid Provider ID with NPI linked to it.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or other designated locations.
