Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Wheeling clinic team. As an RBT at Motivated Learners, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized therapy, support skill development, and help clients achieve their goals in a collaborative and caring environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care.
Attend training and supervision sessions to grow professionally.
Qualifications:
RBT Certification (or willingness to complete certification process—training support provided).
Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
Must be reliable and able to work a consistent full-time schedule (M–F).
