Clinical Medical AssistantJob Duties:TelephonesTaskingTriagePre-certificationsMedication RefillsAssistance with scheduling on occasionRooming patientsObtaining and documenting patient vitals and histories.Preparing patients for exams.Assisting physician (provider) with exams and minor proceduresInjectionsStocking, monitoring and cleaning exam rooms/work area and patient waiting areas.As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.Various other duties as assigned/needed.POSITION REQUIRES REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION IN CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTING.QualificationsSkills:Preferred: Advanced Time-Management, Teamwork Ability, Reliable Transportation, Oral Communication, Medical Office, Injection Technique, Flexibility, Electronic Medical Record, Documentation, Accuracy, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Attention to Detail, Intermediate Computer, Advanced Patient Care, Some Knowledge Scheduling, Intermediate Pre-certification, Advanced Multi-Tasking, Advanced Telephone EtiquetteBehaviors:Preferred: Loyal, Dedicated, Enthusiastic, Team Player, Detail OrientedMotivations:Preferred: Self-Starter, Growth Opportunities, Goal Completion, Ability to Make an ImpactEducation:Preferred: High School or Equivalent or better.
