Our client, a boutique wealth manager in Westchester County, is looking to add a Client Services & Operations Associate to their growing team. This person will play a key role in supporting high-net-worth clients, managing complex account operations, and partnering closely with a collaborative leadership team.

Responsibilities
Support new account openings, incoming account transfers, cashiering requests, wires, journals, checks, EFTs, RMDs, and 529 plan distributions.
Monitor incoming communications for required follow-up, including capital calls, custodian alerts, tax payments, RMDs, and securities gifting.
Provide backup support for other client service and operations associates and assist with time-sensitive requests as needed.
Support audits, document requests, and ad hoc operational projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain electronic files, client records, PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, and related materials in accordance with firm standards.
Requirements
BA/BS degree required.
3 to 10 years of relevant client services/operations experience with a wealth management firm.
FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses required.
Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape, Morningstar Direct, and FactSet is helpful but not required. xzgxqkn
$85K - $110K base salary, depending on experience.
