Compensation: $25 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities: What You'll Do
Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment
Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth
Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol
Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases
Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures
Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you
Qualifications: Who You Are

A quick learner who retains information and applies it consistently

Someone who gets it. You don't need things spelled out twice, and you take pride in doing the job right
What You Bring
Proven dental assisting experience (required)
Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
Experience with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign attachment and delivery (preferred)
Comfort with Open Dental software and office technology
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients
A genuine passion for patient care and the experience you create
