RDA Opportunity In Cypress, TXWe're looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused RDA to join our growing team in Cypress, TX! We're a close-knit, all-female team that takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting each other and working together as a team.What We're Looking ForActive Texas RDA license and current required certifications2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is requiredBilingual in Spanish is preferredKnowledge of Eaglesoft softwareDependable, punctual, and accountableStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced dental environmentPositive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever neededProfessional and compassionate with patientsTeam player who works well in a close-knit environmentDetail-oriented and able to follow through on responsibilities without constant supervisionWhat You'll DoAssist the doctor during general dentistry, take dental X-rays and complete other RDA duties within your scopePrepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection-control standardsMaintain organized, stocked operatoriesProvide excellent chairside support and patient careSupport the clinical team with daily office flow and other duties as neededOur CultureWe're big on teamwork, accountability, communication, and patient-first care.
