Join a busy, intimate dental practice in Aspen, Colorado, serving an exciting and international patient community. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, positive environment where both patients and team members feel valued. We also work directly with a in house perio specialist to give our patients the best treatment outcomes with their health.
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) –Part or Full-Time | Aspen, CO
Compensation & Benefits
$70/hour + performance bonuses
Part or Full-time, flexible schedule (typically 2-4 days/week, Monday–Thursday)
Relocation stipend after 3 months probation period
Temporary housing stipend: (to support your transition)

A Day in the Life
Start each morning with a team meeting to review and prepare for the day’s schedule
See patients in hourly hygiene appointments from approximately 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Enjoy a consistent 1-hour lunch break
Participate in frequent lunch-and-learn sessions to stay current and engaged
Work in a structured, well-organized environment that supports efficiency and team morale
About the Role
Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Educate and build lasting relationships with patients
Collaborate closely with a friendly, experienced dental team
Maintain a comfortable, patient-first experience
What We’re Looking For
Active RDH license (Colorado or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and a positive, team-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a busy, high-quality practice
