Job DescriptionFairfield Family Dentistry, a well-established family-owned practice since 1984 located near Jungle Jim‘s between Hamilton and Fairfield, is seeking a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist. Join our team that values long-term patient relationships and quality care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Screen patients and conduct oral health assessments
Perform dental cleanings and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain infection control and sterilize equipment
Keep accurate patient records and coordinate appointments
Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in dental hygiene
Local anesthesia permit
Proficiency in dental prophylaxis, radiography, and periodontal therapy
Strong skills in patient education, infection control, and charting
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management abilities
