Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance: Providers work 4 days a week, with the first appointment scheduled at 7:45 AM and the last appointment ending at 4:45 PM.
Patient Care & Procedures: Perform 36 hours of patient care/week. Perform a range of procedures, including prophy, SRP, sealants, fluoride, radiographs
Your Support Team: Work alongside a dedicated team consisting of 1 dentist, 1 registered dental hygienist (RDH), and 4 dental assistants (DAs).
No On-Call Stress: Enjoy a work-life balance with no on-call rotation or requirements.

Competitive Compensation: Compensation is variable based on experience

$2,500 CME allowance + 1 week of paid time off annually.
Accrue 9.54 hours of PTO per pay period, totaling 248 hours annually.

Qualifications :
Active or eligible for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Montana
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program (CODA-approved)
Successful completion of the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE) and a board-approved clinical exam
