Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Lake Geneva, WI Lake Geneva Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. Schedule: Monday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Tuesday 7:30 AM -1:30 PM

Wednesday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Friday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Compensation:

Hourly pay is commensurate with experience

Plus uncapped hygiene incentive !

Additional Information: PMS -Curve

Time allotted for proceduresNP - 90min

SRP per quad - 90min

Prophy - 60min

Average # of patients per day - 7

Morning Huddle? - Yes

Insurances accepted? Delta, Cigna, United Health Care, Guardian

Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of WI

Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required

Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations

CPR Certification

Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling

Excellent communication skills

Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health

Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients

Delivery of an exceptional patient experience

Integrity-focused work ethic

Team-player attitude

Ability to multi-task

Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
