Registered Diagnostic Sonographer
Position: Registered Diagnostic Sonographer
Location: St. Louis, MO 63110
Duration: 8 Weeks Contract
Shift: Mon – Fri 7a-5p
Note: May be a weekend shift required but this would be rare. No call.
Job Description:
The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
Pediatric Sonography
Abdominal doppler (Liver/renal doppler)
Vascular preferred
GYN (No Ob)
Must be able to keep area/room clean and stocked.
Must be able to help with all patient types (ER, OP, IP, and portables).
Must be able to communicate with Radiologist- we are Academic and read out our cases in person
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
ARDMS Required.
1 year experience.
Experience with GE E9, GE S8. E10.
