Job description
Stony Brook University seeks a Dietetic Technician, Registered to assist the Director of Nutritional Services with clinical and administrative functions in the Nutritional Services Department.
The Dietetic Technician assists in obtaining diet history for use in the development of special patient menus and diet counseling; and assists in counseling diabetic patients and others with special needs about dietary requirements for their illnesses.
