Job description
Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Dietitian/Certified Diabetes Educator to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education for diverse patient populations. In this patient-centered role, you will complete nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, deliver 1:1 and group diabetes self-management training, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams. You’ll track outcomes, document in the EMR, and support quality initiatives while mentoring staff and participating in community health programs within a mission-driven, team-focused environment.
