Job description
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. Monday - Friday with flexible schedules, allowing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
Responsibilities include assessing residents' nutrition needs, documenting plans in the EMR, and providing education to residents, families, and staff. RD credentials and state licensure are required; RD-Eligible accepted in some locations.
