Job description
AXIA Care Center is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team full-time in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will support residents’ nutritional health and quality of life with individualized care planning.
As part of our Nutrition Services, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, monitor risk factors, and educate residents, families and staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
