Job description
As a Registered Dietitian with Elior in the accommodation and food services industry, you’ll lead nutrition services that support patient, resident, and guest wellness across diverse dining programs. You will complete nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling that aligns with clinical needs and client goals. Partner with culinary and operations teams to design compliant menus, manage allergens and special diets, and meet regulatory and safety standards. You’ll champion nutrition education, support quality audits, and contribute to a welcoming, hospitality-focused experience for all guests.
