Job description
Elior seeks a Registered Dietitian to support nutrition and dining programs across education, healthcare, and senior living accounts. You will assess nutritional needs, create evidence-based menus, ensure regulatory and allergen compliance, and collaborate with culinary teams to deliver safe, appealing meals. Partner with clients and guests on nutrition education, special diets, and wellness initiatives. You’ll champion food safety, quality standards, and inclusive hospitality while helping train staff, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement in a mission-driven, customer-focused environment.
