Job description
Elior is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our hospitality-focused dining programs across education, healthcare, and senior living. You will assess nutritional needs, create evidence-based meal plans, and collaborate with culinary teams to design menus that meet regulatory, therapeutic, and cultural requirements. Responsibilities include nutrition counseling, staff training, menu reviews, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. You’ll champion food safety, inclusion, and customer satisfaction while contributing to continuous improvement in a mission-driven, people-first environment with growth opportunities.
