Job description
Elior seeks a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to support nutrition programs in healthcare and senior living dining operations. The RD will complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy, ensuring menus meet clinical needs, regulations, and Elior quality standards. Responsibilities include menu review, allergen and special diet management, staff training, and education for patients, residents, and clients. This role partners closely with culinary and operations teams to deliver safe, inclusive, and welcoming dining experiences that align with Elior’s people-first, hospitality-focused culture and support continuous improvement in service and outcomes.
