What You'll Do
Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor nutrition and hydration status to support resident wellness
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams on resident care
Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff, residents, and families
Support quality improvement efforts and best practices in nutritional care
Serve as a clinical nutrition resource within the facility
What You'll Need
Current Registered Dietitian certification
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
Long-term care or clinical nutrition experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational skills
Ability to pass employment screenings
