Job description
Legacy Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will perform nutritional assessments, develop and monitor individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams, and provide nutrition education to patients, families, and the community. You’ll contribute to quality improvement, precept students as needed, and support population health initiatives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on wellness and health equity.
