Job DescriptionOntario Center is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to join our team in our Skilled Nursing Facility!
\ NWe now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider giving you faster access to your earnings.
\ NHybrid Position:
\ NTuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on site.
\ NMonday and Fridayfrom home.
\ NNow Offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
\ NRegistered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible candidates will be considered
\ N Key Responsibilities:
\ N Conduct nutritional assessments and collaborate with medical staff to create care plans.
\ N Address individual dietary needs, focusing on skin health and weight management.
\ N Oversee nutritional supply procurement and ensure meal services meet residents' requirements.
\ N Provide nutritioneducation to residents, families, and staff.
\ N Update diet orders and menus daily using our menu management software.
\ N Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and conduct regular audits to maintain care standards.
\ N Requirements:
\ N Registered Dietitian with a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
\ N Supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
\ N Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
\ N Familiarity with state and federal regulations and EMR software.
