Job description
The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to assess residents’ nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and ensure the highest standards of nutritional care and regulatory compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an interdisciplinary healthcare team and contribute to improving residents' health and quality of life through proper nutrition and dietary management.
