Job description
Schervier Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York, NY seeks a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our 364-bed skilled nursing team. You will assess residents’ nutritional needs, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include admission assessments, care-plan development, interdisciplinary collaboration, monitoring weight and labs, and maintaining documentation. Strong clinical nutrition knowledge and excellent communication are essential.
