Analyze lab-work results to educate patients and their families on what to eat based on their individualized needs and care
Evaluate comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments consistent with CMS regulations.
Assess on-going nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition interventions and recommendations.

What we look for:
State licensure as required by the State of Ohio
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
1 year of Clinical Dietitian experience required
Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) - no weekends or holidays! - this position will be 30 hours/week.
Comfortable working between two clinical locations in Huber Heights and Springfield, OH - mileage compensation provided.
Comfortable traveling within the Greater Dayton area when needed to help support the Dietitian team.
After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
