Job description
Considine Search is seeking a mid-level associate (class years 2020–2022) to join its Investment Management practice in New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will advise on matters involving registered funds under the Investment Company Act of 1940, including mutual funds, ETFs, and business development companies.
The team handles sophisticated regulatory, transactional, and governance matters in a collaborative setting with M&A and corporate colleagues.
