Job description
Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Registered Medication Associate to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will safely administer medications, accurately document dosages, monitor resident responses, and promptly report changes to nursing staff. You’ll assist with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Working closely with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families, you’ll model dignity, respect, and teamwork while supporting seniors’ independence and well-being in a mission-driven, resident-first culture.
