Shift: 7a-7p & 7p-7a Rotating Weekends & Holidays \ N

***Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for RNs with qualifying experience***\ N

- Inpatient Medicine\ N

Primary skills utilized/learned:\ N

- Clinical Assessment & Critical Thinking\ N

- Medication Management\ N

- Care of Common Medical Conditions (Diabetes, Heart Failure, COPD & asthma exacerbation, pneumonia, kidney disease, electrolyte imbalances, GI disorders, Hypertension, Infectious disease, Liver Disease).\ N

- IV Therapy &Procedures\ N

- Patient Monitoring\ N

- Care Coordination\ N

- Time Management & Organization\ N

- Communication & Professional Development\ N

RN will work with:\ N

- LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, PT/OT\ N

Number of bedson unit:\ N

- 26 (Unit shares space with the oncology team)\ N

- 14 Medicine Beds\ N

- 12 Oncology Beds\ N

Required Qualifications:\ N

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).

\ N Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio

\ N Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

\ N
