About This Role
The Registered Nurse on the 4th Floor Telemetry at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing practices and ensuring safe, individualized patient-centered care. Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
What You’ll Do
Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction according to organizational standards.
Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology.
Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and wellness.
Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.
Requirements
Education: BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program
Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
