About This Role
The Registered Nurse on the 4th Floor Telemetry unit at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient-centered care and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. What You'll Do
Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
Administer medications utilizing clinical documentation technology.
Provide patient and family-centered care focused on health and wellness.
Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
Requirements
Education
BSN strongly preferred; or must obtain within 3 years.
Experience
Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
Licenses & Certifications
Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
