Job description
The Registered Nurse on 5 South Telemetry at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient-centered care while collaborating with a diverse healthcare team. This role is ideal for those who are committed to delivering high-quality nursing practices and enhancing patient experiences.

What You'll Do
Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology.
Provide patient and family-centered care focused on health and wellness.
Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
Requirements
Education:
BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
Experience:
Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
Licenses & Certifications:
Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
