Role Overview
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care as a frontline team member, serving as a vital link between patients, families, providers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions; develop and implement care plans; prioritize patient flow and safety.
Advocate for patients, address concerns, educate families, and ensure patient-centered care.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, and support shared governance.
Foster professional growth through mentorship, uphold confidentiality, safety, and standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification.
Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
