Job description

Role:

Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care;

Coordinate daily patient flow;

Deliver safe, effective treatments;

Communicate with patients, families, and care team members;

Document care activities;

Advocate for patient needs;

Participate in performance improvement initiatives;

Mentor and support colleagues;

Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree;

Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state);

BLS certification;

Commitment to professional growth, confidentiality, and safety;

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively;

Proactive in quality and performance improvement.

Key Duties:

Monitor patient conditions;

Develop and modify care plans;

Ensure patient satisfaction;

Contribute to organizational improvement efforts;

Maintain professional development;

Support shared governance and uphold organizational policies.
