Job description
Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions, contributing to care planning and taking appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
Deliver safe, effective, and individualized care following established policies and documentation standards.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational change efforts.
Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development to stay current with best practices.
Foster professional growth in others through mentorship, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Current RN licensure and certifications such as BLS or ARC-BLS.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
