Job description
Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing under the guidance of Nurse Managers and supported by evidence-based standards and organizational models.
Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation), delivering relationship-based, culturally competent, patient-centered care, and partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.
Coordinating safe, quality care through effective documentation and communication across disciplines, promoting teamwork, inclusion, and performance improvement activities.
Supporting professional development by completing ongoing education, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and participating in research and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Contributing to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes and system efficiency.
Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and multistate licensure. Less than one year of clinical experience is required, with preferred direct patient care experience.
Skills:
Critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, cultural competence, and adherence to legal and ethical standards in nursing practice.
