Job description
Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promoting safety, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, prioritizes patient-centered care, and actively participates in quality and safety initiatives.
Key Duties:
Conducts comprehensive assessments and develops individualized care plans.
Delivers direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
Evaluates intervention effectiveness and adjusts care plans accordingly.
Coordinates with physicians and team members to address patient needs.
Ensures a positive patient and family experience through effective communication.
Participates in unit decision-making and safety programs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
