Lead and coordinate nursing care on an acute care unit.
Supervise clinical staff and manage patient assignments.
Oversee shift operations, including admissions and discharges.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Mentor nurses and support clinical decision-making.
Promote patient and family education.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure.
Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
