Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting and to manage long-term goals and contingencies. The role includes assigning and delegating tasks to care providers to ensure effective patient management.
The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while addressing the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, and documenting all aspects of care.
