Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse – Admissions Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality care during the admission process. In this patient-facing role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, review orders, and initiate care plans while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and support safe, timely bed placement.
