Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role involves promoting patient safety, education, and satisfaction, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice decision-making. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under stress. Prior nursing experience and completion of specialty training are required; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
