Job description
Role: Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and compassionate treatment in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans including patient and family education, discharge planning, and treatment management.
Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to address patient needs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
Engage in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based decision-making.
Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and scope of practice.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.
Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure setting.
