Job description
Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in an advanced acute care unit, providing comprehensive patient care across a broad range of diagnoses, including surgical procedures.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; deliver direct patient care such as treatments and medications; coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts; educate patients and families; monitor and revise care plans based on patient responses; troubleshoot equipment; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and contribute to unit decision‑making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program; possess strong assessment, communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills; committed to compassionate care, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Duties: Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and adaptive responses; ensure high‑quality care aligned with standards; support patient discharge planning; participate in organizational safety and quality programs; and work in a team‑oriented environment with accountability for metrics.
