Job description
Position
Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in an advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Complete assessments, address holistic needs, develop and coordinate care plans including education and discharge planning, and deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary team members, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in decision-making and quality improvement activities. Contribute to a safe, efficient clinical environment and uphold organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from a nursing specialty program; strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills; commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care; ability to adapt to evidence-based practices; and active participation in safety and education initiatives.
