Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care to diverse adult patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in unit-based decision-making, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to promote compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to organizational policies.
Key Duties:
Ensure optimal patient and family experiences through quality interactions, participate in safety and quality programs, and support a culture of safety, best practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
