Job description
Job Summary:
This role involves providing compassionate inpatient nursing care in a modern, state-of-the-art adult medical unit. The RN assesses, plans, executes, and evaluates patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives. The position emphasizes patient-centered interactions, safety, and evidence-based practices.
Key Duties:
Perform assessments and coordinate comprehensive care plans
Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics
Evaluate and adjust care based on patient responses
Collaborate with physicians, staff, and support services to meet patient needs
Participate in unit decision-making, safety, and quality improvement activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a specialty nursing program, with a focus on clinical excellence, teamwork, and communication skills. Knowledge of evidence-based practices, equipment troubleshooting, and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to safety and patient satisfaction are vital.
