Job description
Seeking a full-time Inpatient RN to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a diverse clinical environment. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating patient responses. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promoting safety and patient satisfaction. Active participation in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives is essential. Qualifications and skills:
Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
Ability to assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive nursing care
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
