Job description
Role Overview:
This is a full-time inpatient registered nurse position offering up to a $24,000 hiring incentive, with competitive pay rates, shift differentials, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and family engagement.
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
Provide direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
Support quality and safety initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
