Job description
Role
Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to promote safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Evaluate and modify nursing interventions based on patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives, promoting a positive patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing, with knowledge of nursing standards and policies. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
Key Duties
Perform assessments, provide compassionate care, collaborate with team members, and participate in quality and safety programs. The role is primarily in a clinical environment, supporting diverse patient needs on a Medical‑Surgical Remote Telemetry unit.
